*Pursuant to the Directive of Turkish Athletic Federation dated 8 January 2016, about 7 TL contribution shall be transferred to the federation for each runner registered.

Cancellation details:
- If the racers have purchased "return option" against 25 TL at the registration;
95% of the payment amount shall be returned to them for the cancellations made 30 days prior to the race. No return payment shall be made within the 30 days before race.
- Racers who have not purchased "return option" shall not receive any payment in case of cancellation.
Changing course;
- Changing can be available only between online registration dates if quotas of courses are not full.
- If new course (event) is more expensive than registered already, payment difference payment must be paid.
- There is no any payment in case of changing into cheaper event.
- Changing course is not possible after online registration dates.
